We celebrated 25 years in business on 1st February 2021 and a £2m investment in our brand-new office and warehouse began the same day, with our old office block being demolished on 1st February 2021.

Business relationships expanded worldwide with the start of exporting our products to clients based in the South American countries.

Expansion into the poultry sector after securing a contract with Irish based poultry company, Manor Farm.
2014 – 2018
Announcement of a £4m investment in several new state of the art manufacturing machinery, to include new extrusions from Meaf and new thermoforming machines from Inpak.
2007
First year of receiving our BRC Certification, which resulted in an AA grade. We have maintained the top grade each year since, including an AA* grade during our unannounced audit in 2023.

Progress Mushroom Supplies incorporated into what is now known as McShane Packaging as business changed direction into the manufacturing of plastic packaging.
1997
Employed a number of vans salesmen as business grew from one van to four vans on the road within the first year in business.
1996
Progress Mushroom Supplies was established by Paddy McShane, selling sundry products to mushroom growers throughout Ireland.
